We gladly accept the insurance plans listed below. If your plan is not listed, please call us at (336) 846-7227 as we are always adding new insurance plans. On a case-by-case basis, insurances may approve out-of-network care comparable to in-network benefits. We can help you navigate that request. As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits prior to your arrival to determine if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for therapy services. Please understand that any information we relay on behalf of your insurance is simply a courtesy and is not a guarantee of payment. Workers Compensation Cases: If the nearest in-network provider for your company creates an inconvenience, tell your employer you would like to be seen at Schuster Physical Therapy. Your Workers Compensation Carrier may be willing to make an exception and allow you to secure care closer to home.
*If you do not see your insurance above and would like to be seen in our clinic, please give us a call to discuss. This list is being updated regularly and it is not uncommon for an insurance company to make exceptions and allow an individual to secure care with an out-of-network provider.
For those patients who do not have health insurance or those who have maxed out their benefits, we offer a private pay plan (Self-Pay). Please contact Schuster Physical Therapy today for more information on our fees for service and payment details. Schuster Physical Therapy offers a Self-Pay fee of $125.00 for the initial evaluation and $85.00 per visit.
